Required Qualifications:

A Baccalaureate degree in health, health promotion or related field. Healthcare administration experience. More than 5 years’ experience with urban and rural FNMI people/communities. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Working knowledge of the healthcare system. Effective communication, influencing and organizational skills. Client-focused, with a commitment to providing quality services. Proven ability to foster partnerships, establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including public agencies and government. Understanding of the politically sensitive nature of working with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in healthcare or related field.
