Required Qualifications:

Minimum five (5) years of experience working in a health care environment with recent, related experience in project or change management, strategic planning, and community engagement. Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to learning, communications, organizational behavior / development or similar fields. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci), with a demonstrated track record of applying research-based tools, templates and assessments to support the people side of change. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to create and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Experience in successfully developing, implementing and evaluating communication plans.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Health or Business Administration, Leadership, or Organizational Development or a related field. Certification through the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) or Change Management Institute. Experience with Lean and/or Agile Change Management. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM). Certification in Evaluation (e.g., Credentialed Evaluator with the Canadian Evaluation Society). Expert-level time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Expert with personal productivity tools including Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Online. Track record of demonstrated professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

Tableau Certification, either as a Certified Data Analyst, Desktop Specialist, Server Associate, Consultant and/or Architect. Experience delivering change management training, including being a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor (PCAI).
