Completion of some post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant). Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Additional Qualifications:Experience with Microsoft Office and email required. Demonstrated telephone skills are required. 3 – 5 years experience in a customer service environment. Requires a high degree of customer service, problem solving, interpersonal skills and critical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is required; superior active listening and interpretative skills are required. Experience in working in a unionized health care and/or 24/7 environment is preferred. Scheduling experience is preferred. Must have demonstrated experience resolving complex client issues Typing speed minimum of 40 wpm Payroll and or Human Resource experience is a definite asset
