Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate Degree and related experience in a healthcare field required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

1 - 3 years of rotation building experience Previous experience working in a complex unionized health organization Knowledge of and experience in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and written, verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Capture rotation requirements, create rotation plans, and build optimized rotations using standard methodology, guidelines, and tools. Develop solutions, based upon unique and often complex unit business requirements. Optimize and create rotations using software tools, existing quality standards, and established provincial guidelines. Utilize expert knowledge to ensure high quality and sustainable resources. Analyze rotations to ensure collective agreements and best practices are followed.
