Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate Degree and related experience in a healthcare field required. 1-3 years of rotation building experience. Previous experience working in a complex unionized health organization.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of and experience in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and written, verbal communication skills.
