As the ideal candidate, you will possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an ambulatory care setting. Must currently have and maintain registration in good standing with professional licensing body (i.e. CARNA, JCAPHO).

Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years current Unit Manager Experience. Ophthalmic training and experience preferred. Training and experience in process and quality improvement - completion of AIW courses is considered an asset. Knowledge of Biomed and IT equipment an asset.
