Master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable college.
Additional Required Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in knowledge translation, applied research, evaluation, performance measures and analytics preferably related to allied health/rehabilitation in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. A minimum of 3 years’ experience years in applied research setting with leadership or supervisory experience. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research design and analysis, program evaluation and program development research. Experience in program evaluation and/or performance measurement in healthcare. Experience in reporting, business or project management. Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation and allied health.
Preferred Qualifications:PhD would be an asset. Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation topics in one or more of the following substantive areas: health services, economics, rehabilitation, surgical care, sociology, psychology, biology, social work, family studies or child and adolescent development. Demonstrated knowledge of health and/or allied health program design principles and processes. Experience in performance planning and development of policies and procedures.
