Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable college.

Additional Required Qualifications:

The incumbent possesses a record of accomplishment in the following areas: knowledge of addiction and mental health and the broader health system; understanding of the patient population served. Practical experience in project management, literature reviews and e-scan, and knowledge translation/exchange. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other team members and leaders from other areas of expertise across the province. Effective communication and organization/coordination skills. The incumbent requires knowledge of and competency with: project management, implementation, evaluation and applied research. Report writing and document development. Computer software programs and applications, and demonstrated strong aptitude for technology. Interdisciplinary, interpersonal and teamwork skills. A combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in applied research and evaluation preferably related to addiction and/or mental health in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is preferred.
