Master's degree in a health or science related field. Registration with applicable professional association or college where required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Master's Degree in a health or science-related area such as such as epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, computer science. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a population health-related field. Ability to understand epidemiological issues and to communicate effectively with a broad variety of people with different skills and expertise. Strong skills working with datasets, including health-related administrative datasets (e.g., DAD, NACRS, Physician billing claims). Strong skills using the appropriate statistical software which may include SAS, R, as well as basic to intermediate programming knowledge in SQL, Python. Ability to develop interactive dashboards in web reporting tools such as Tableau and working knowledge to design clear procedures for collecting cleaning, standardizing, and reporting data. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.
Preferred Qualifications:Highly proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills. Strong ability to plan, organize and manage short and long-term plans and projects. Proven ability to collaborate with administrators, researchers, and planners. Demonstrated ability to work well in a high-paced team setting and independently.
