Master’s degree in health-related field with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodology.
Additional Required Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience with: Various research methods (quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods). Demonstrated experience in developing research documents, including grant applications, protocols, ethics applications, and manuscripts. In addition to: Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to understand clinical issues and to communicate effectively with a broad variety of people at different levels internal and external to the organization and with different skills and expertise. Demonstrated skill in data analysis and synthesis. Experience facilitating, engaging, and mobilizing multisectoral stakeholders, and establishing collaborative relationships. Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in knowledge translation, implementation science, or change management. Experience in health care preferred. Knowledge of addiction and mental health and the broader health system; understanding of the client population served.
