Required Qualifications:

Completion of an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in a field of biology or biological chemistry such as, but not limited to biochemistry, physiology, endocrinology, molecular biology, and medicine. Minimum 3 years experience working in a research laboratory, developing and running research experiments. Hands-on experience with methods and technologies used in analyzing biomarkers in biological samples such as but not limited to immunoassay and mass spectrometry. Solid understanding of how biomarkers are indicative of human health, disease risk and disease onset. Intermediate or advanced level in MS Office suite.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience creating and editing procedures. Proven track record as a team player but demonstrated to also work independently. Great attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of Master's degree in Science and/or Master of Biobanking
