Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in the social or behavioural sciences, social work or health related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a research setting. Prior direct experience of conducting research and evaluation projects for Addiction and Mental Health programs. Proficiency and/or superior skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS), qualitative analysis software (e.g., NVivo)

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of a broad range of health research/evaluation methodologies, program development tools, data collection procedures, and development and management of databases or information systems. Critical thinking skills in the collection and analysis of data. Experience in grant preparation, report writing and oral presentations, coordination and implementation of projects, and ability to manage multiple activities and ever-changing priorities.
