Completion of bachelor's degree in the social or behavioural sciences, social work or health related field.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a research setting. Experience in screening, cleaning, linking, creating, modifying, validating, and analyzing large datasets in a statistical or database-management software package. Knowledge of and ability to produce descriptive, inferential, and predictive statistics. Proficiency and/or superior skills in NVivo, SPSS, SAS, SQL Server, Tableau, Access, and statistical software. Ability to liaison with multiple stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Minimum 1 year experience in program evaluation and/or performance measurement in an Addiction and Mental Health setting an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:Master’s level education preferred (a minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required) in the social or behavioral sciences, social work or health related field with a research design background and a substantive focus in an area relevant to addiction and mental health. Familiarity with health records classification techniques (e.g., ICD-10; DSM-5) preferred. Previous experience in developing and implementing performance measures and dashboards style reports is an asset.
