Completion of bachelor's degree in the social or behavioural sciences, social work or health related field.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum two years of experience in a health care environment working with spreadsheets, databases, and tools for querying, integrating, analyzing, interpreting, reporting, and disseminating data. Prior direct experience working in Addiction and Mental Health. Proficiency and/or superior skills in SQL Server, Tableau, and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS). Experience in screening, cleaning, linking, creating, modifying, validating, and analyzing large data sets in a statistical or database-management software package. Familiarity with health records classification techniques (e.g., ICD-10; DSM-5). Knowledge of and ability to produce descriptive, inferential and predictive statistics. Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in developing and implementing performance measures and dashboard style reports is an asset.
