Completion of post-secondary diploma; or degree in a health or science related field; or Certification as a Clinical Research Associate through the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA).
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficiency in various modules of Connect Care (e.g. ASAP, inpatient, ambulatory). Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience training both individuals and small and large groups. Personable, and able to provide a high level of customer service. Clear written and oral communication. Work collaboratively and also independently. A self-stater, but able to also receive direction when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Recovery Alberta, including the configuration of clinical services in Calgary and area across the life span and the continuum of care.
