Completion of an accredited Psychiatric nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta (CRPNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Mental Health. Minimum of two (2) years of Community Mental Health experience. A working knowledge of Psychiatric pharmacology. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing, Master of Nursing.
