Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Excellent organization & time management skills - able to efficiently organize many details in a time efficient manner. Physically able to perform assigned tasks which include walking a minimum of 3 kms per shift (including stairs) while carrying resource materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience within Transition Services or Community experience - related preferred. Knowledge in working with the following programs: SCM & PARIS with typing and word processing skills. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred.
