Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Nurse with experience who is interested in advancing his/her career. Minimum 3 months of recent in-patient nephrology experience required. Demonstrates the following: Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to develop leadership skills. Ability to work in a challenging and diverse environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage conflict. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Basic computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:CNeph(C) certification is an asset.
