Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years clinical experience as a nurse and a minimum of two years practicing in oncology Demonstrated expertise in principles of adult learning, coaching and mentoring Experience in workflow and practice redesign

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in virtual teams Experience working as a provincial program member Self-directed in a team environment Works collaboratively as part of an inter-disciplinary team Excellent communicator Promotes evidence based practices and adheres to guidelines and best practices in oncology Thrives in a fast paced environment and open to change management Proven leadership/team leading skills AIW yellow belt PROSCI change management certification
