Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate is required to have a minimum of 2 years working with youth who are in conflict with the law and working in a secure setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the Youth criminal justice act, adolescent development and treatment in a secure environment is preferred.
