Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to function collaboratively and effectively as an interdisciplinary team member while upholding the values of respect, partnership and continuous improvement. Exhibit strong time management and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to function effectively both independently and within a dynamic team environment. Actively integrates Patient and Family Centered Care principles into practice members of the inter-professional team. Demonstrates critical thinking, conflict resolution and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ongoing responsibility for maintaining own continuing professional and practice competencies through professional development activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two (2) years' experience within the last five (5) years in Senior's Health. Experience using Meditech, Care Manager and RAI.
