This role is ideal for Registered Nurses with strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and a passion for system-level coordination and quality improvement. Key Responsibilities: Monitor dashboards and data systems to identify zone-wide capacity issues. Collaborate with PFC/AHN, EMS and RAAPID to support destination decisions. Assist AHNs in destination/deployment planning and documentation. Under AHN guidance, escalate site-specific issues and service disruptions as per zone protocols. Participate in daily capacity calls and contribute to zone situational awareness. Provide cross coverage with AHN during breaks and transitions.
