Required Qualifications:

Canadian University Science degree or degree recognized as equivalent by a Canadian university or Canadian accreditation body (Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, and Radiopharmaceutical). Practical experience in managing a Quality Management System.


Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years leadership/management role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. 5 years practical experience in Quality Management Systems in GMP environment. Technical understanding of regulatory and quality system elements for a parental drug product manufacturing facility (Schedule C). Experience with Health Canada accreditation processes. Practical experience in strategy, policy development, leadership and project/program management. Demonstrated ability to effectively teach, coach and mentor others. Microsoft computer skills (Excel, word, outlook).


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree is science related field. Formal leadership training. Understanding of research and radiopharmaceutical industry would be an asset. Capable of applying critical thinking in the development of business and operational strategies. Pattern of continuous self-development.
