Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience in Oncology and/or clinical research nursing. Minimum of 5 years (full time equivalent {FTE}) recent acute or ambulatory oncology nursing experience required. Two years recent clinical trials experience required. CITI & N2 Clinical Trials Training completion. Chemotherapy certified, ECG certified, Phlebotomy trained. Able to meet the physical demands of the job, such as overhead reaching and bending. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills. Be self-directed and exercise independent decision making, sound nursing judgment and critical thinking skills. Exhibit strong time management and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to function effectively within a dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to manage change and adapt to changing workflows. Demonstrate a commitment to and participation in professional growth. Advanced proficiency in keyboarding skills, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Connect Care, and Netcare. Experience working in Early Phase clinical trials.
Preferred Qualifications:At least 2 years of Experience in Leadership within the last 5 years, demonstrating progressive responsibility and project management. At least 1 year of experience in a Quality and Regulatory Coordination role. Change Management certification (PROSCI, AIW). Experience in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Experience working with Data Metrics and dashboard development experience.
