Completion of Grade 12. Completion of Personal Care Aide or Mental Health Aide Certificate or equivalent. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English. Must be self-directed and motivated to provide high quality patient care. Must be capable of working in a rapid paced environment while dealing with multiple clinical demands. Must maintain a respectful, tactful, and professional composure under a broad range of challenging circumstances. Must have the physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of Non Violent Crisis Intervention course.
