Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education and experience in one or more area: Business Administration, IT, Payroll, HR, Scheduling or equivalent combination of education & experience. 2 years experience providing operational support to staff scheduling system users as part of the Application Support team; Experience with WFC, ESP, ESP Self Service, and/or ASC; Experience with meeting technology, Teams, Adobe Connect, Zoom; Demonstrated supervision/leadership skills, preferably in a large multi-site, unionized environment; Experience in applying policy, contracts, and awareness of regulatory legislation and potential impacts (e.g. privacy legislation), as it relates to staff scheduling systems; Must possess a sound base of knowledge and expertise in Staff Scheduling, Time & Labour, and HRSS Systems and effective business process design; Knowledge of information technology and related processes within a diverse healthcare environment; Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; Strong aptitude for qualitative & quantitative analysis and interpretation of data; Effective, concise and thorough communication skills. Requires the ability to dialogue with individuals from a wide range of professions and services; Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance methodologies and processes; Knowledge of SQL Server technology and data interface concepts; VBA experience in maintaining Excel tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Infor WFM System Admin experience, preferred. AHS IT Project experience, preferred. AHS ESP Scheduler/Timekeeper training, preferred. AHS ESP Scheduler Team Lead training, preferred. Knowledge in programming for updating and maintaining formatting tools.
