Required Qualifications:

A diploma or university degree in IT, Payroll and/or HR certification, required or will consider equivalent years of experience. 3 years of progressive practical and related Payroll experience, scheduling and/or HR experience with a high aptitude for analytical systems work.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience with WFC, ESP, ESP Self Service, and/or ASC. Knowledge of staff scheduling business processes within Alberta Health Services. Knowledge of information technology and related processes in a diverse healthcare environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong aptitude for qualitative and quantitative analysis and interpretation of data.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge in programming for updating and maintaining formatting tools. Ability to analyze data and synthesize information from user clients regarding systems issues. Knowledge of ODBC reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and Microsoft Access. Knowledge of SQL Server, HTML, and Java Script. VBA experience in maintaining Excel tools. Demonstrated high degree of independence with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience with meeting technology, Telehealth, Lync, Adobe Connect.
