Description:
As a Prosthetic Technician you will be responsible for casting and fabrication of prosthetic devices under the supervision of a Certified Prosthetist.

Diploma in a Prosthetics Technician Program approved by Orthotics Prosthetics Canada (OPC) or equivalent of 4 years of registered (with OPC) on the job training Registered with Orthotics Prosthetics Canada Interns may be considered
Additional Required Qualifications:Maintain credits for CBCPO registration. Must be able to tolerate the physical demands of the role including but not limited to lifting up to 30-50 lbs., standing and walking for most of the day, using hand and power tools in environments which require eye and ear protection.
Preferred Qualifications:Second year apprenticeship completion in welding, carpentry, electrician an asset. Connect Care training and proficiency in using Microsoft suite of tools is an asset.
