A background combining PMP designation and a post-secondary degree (Business, Supply Chain or other related field).
Additional Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years Project Management experience in a large organization, with a Supply Chain, Operations and Customer Support background. A proven track record of leading process improvement and projects. Experience with financial, inventory management and procurement systems. Experience with LEAN and continuous process improvement programs. Experience delivering, processes and solutions across various supply chain functions. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with other across all levels within a large organization. Required competencies but not limited to the following: leadership skills that drive for results and can function/act under pressure, critical thinker, results can do attitude (focus to finish), work within a team or independently, excellent communication, detail oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of SCMP, and or other related certificates. Experience in Oracle Business Suite purchasing/inventory modules preferred. Healthcare supply chain experience is preferred.
