Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or a health sciences field. Active registration in the applicable College. Experience in project management. Minimum of two (2) years management experience. Demonstrated pattern of professional development.

Additional Required Qualifications:

The incumbent will possess a record of accomplishments in the following areas: Proven leadership skills, with a specialized depth of clinical and operational management experience. Ability to seek information independently. Knowledge of operations/planning and management within the healthcare setting including human resources, financial management, clinical care and issue management. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills including demonstrated ability in determining the best of multiple complex options. Ability to inspire, motivate, build confidence and foster a climate of cooperation in others to achieve common goals. Demonstrated ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse projects/issues. Strong track record in establishing teamwork and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Effective communicator with strong organizational and influential skills, patient focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Incumbent must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Travel to other site may be required depending on the nature of the project. Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management, Change Management or Quality Improvement certificate.
