Required Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor‘s degree in Health, Business, Policy or Social Sciences. Registration with the appropriate clinical regulatory college. Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare. A minimum of 2 years of project management experience. A demonstrated clear pattern of progressive professional and personal development.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Skills/Knowledge: Broad knowledge of health care, as well as knowledge of addiction and mental health. Practical experience in strategic planning, change management and quality improvement. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and experience with facilitating, presenting and educating others. Effective communication with a client-focused orientation and commitment to providing quality programs/services. Ability to manage change and create innovative solutions to complex and diverse issues. Ability to foster cooperation and relationships with public agencies, government and other partners. Report writing and document development. A variety of computer software programs (e.g., Microsoft office suite).

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification/Education in: Health systems leadership. Process improvement. Change management. Project management. Experience with addiction and mental health.
