Project Coordinator II
Your Opportunity:
You are a highly motivated, tech-savvy project coordinator who is client-focused and committed to making a difference to the Health Shared Services organization and the larger health care system. You are conscientious and detail oriented, able to work effectively in a fast paced environment with Clinical and IT stakeholders to understand the nature of their work and deliver complex IT projects. In the role of a project coordinator, you will be joining the Clinical Services Projects team supporting Connect Care and other exciting initiatives that will transform the delivery of healthcare for all Albertans. Applying your relationship building, communication, documentation and project management skills, you will work closely with and connect various teams within and outside of Health Shared Services to successfully deliver Clinical IT projects.

As a Coordinator II, you will require advanced or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex projects, procedures, practices or initiatives within a department, program or business unit.

Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Intermediate Excel skills and experience with analyzing and manipulating data. Good facilitation and written/verbal communication skills. Solid documentation skills, with proven ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources. Experience in problem solving and investigation. Ability to thrive in an atmosphere of change.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in health care and/or IT preferred.
