Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of related working experience or a combination of education and experience appropriate to the position. An organized self-starter that can apply critical thinking skills to solve problems while managing large volumes of information following some standardized processes. Has a strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, Excel and SharePoint. Has a good working knowledge of project management principles, tools and methodologies. The ability to thrive while working collaboratively within a team and sometimes with minimal supervision. Uses strong written and oral communication skills to negotiate and manage conflict when needed. Have the ability to sit/stand for extended periods and tolerate extended computer time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience directly supporting project management activities with a working knowledge of PPM is preferred. Experience working in a virtual cross functional team is preferred. Knowledge and/or experience in information technology infrastructure and healthcare is considered an asset. Demonstrates a clear pattern of professional and personal development.
