Diploma or degree in business, health care, project management or other related discipline. A combination of education and experience appropriate to the position. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. A minimum of 3 years in a similar role for a healthcare organization of significant size and scope. Have some Connect Care experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:Either has achieved or will be achieving a project management designation or business analyst designation. Working knowledge of MS office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio and Excel. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team. Can work with minimal supervision. Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking. Strong written and oral communication skills.
