Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree in a business, health care, law or relevant/ related field profession. Education/training in project management methodology/administration.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. 2 - 5 years of progressive experience in business management, including extensive knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies. Experience with data management, standardizing definitions, statistical analysis and reporting. Demonstrated application of systems thinking, people and change management. Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communication skills; ability to relay or explain complex issues or difficult situations. Experience with business management, including facilitation/coordination of project planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation. Skills and experience in critical thinking, analysis, problem solving, negotiation, investigation and concern resolution, with the ability to connect details to a bigger picture. Demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making and communication, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Demonstrated competence in managing multiple assignments and the ability to conceptualize, self-manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fluid environment where many factors are ambiguous. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.


Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to summarize, draft, and analyze information. Organization skills and ability to work independently. Keen attention to detail.
