Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with active license registration if relevant.
Additional Required Qualifications:3-5 years clinical experience ideally in the area of Palliative and End-of-Life Care. 2-3 years project coordination and/or management experience. Demonstrated ability to maintain and coordinate project scope, timelines, tasks, and deliverables. Proven experience in coordinating projects. Proven ability to foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and leadership skills. Ability to produce accurate and complete documentation of the project including status reporting activities and project planning documents. Excellent computer skills including expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint. Creative, flexible, well organized. Critical thinking and judgement skills. Experience and demonstrated ability to lead a virtual team. Demonstrated written and oral skills for the use in the development of oral presentations, summaries, reports, etc. Self-directed with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, with an ability to handle multiple tasks. Liaises with internal and external contacts to participate in research activities. Ability to manage and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:Change Management Certification (Prosci or equivalent). Project Management Professional (PMP or equivalent) certification. Recent experience leading/supporting quality improvement initiatives, preferably within health care. Knowledge and sensitivity around the spiritual health needs of palliative and end of life population. Experience in community-based health care. Ability to navigate through AHS systems and processes is an asset.
