Bachelor-level education with a focus on business, finance or accounting. Experience in information management and basic project management tools and methodologies. A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a business management environment using project management methods and tools. Excellent Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint). Strong verbal and written skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to facilitate teams to implement new processes. Professional demeanour and ability to relate effectively to various level of the organization. Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities . Willingness to learn and flexibility to adapt easily to change in the workplace. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in business management in a research environment. Previous experience working in healthcare and the public sector. Experience with Oracle R12, Visio, RedCap and/or Tableau.
