College or Undergraduate degree preferably in Business Administration, or within the Health Care field. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
5 years of related experience working in health care, preferably within the AHS or an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Strong working experience as a SharePoint administrator, including site maintenance and modifications, document control, end user training and managing permissions. Previous experience with typical administrative processes such as timekeeping, expense management, invoicing, and calendar management. Basic knowledge of common project management concepts, tools and processes. Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Well organized and systematic in both how he/she approaches and executes their daily work. Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to develop presentation and reports. Excellent team player with a focus on maintaining positive relationships both within the team and with other key stakeholders external to the project. Able make decisions quickly and provide alternate solutions in times of problem solving. Able to work both independently, with minimal direction, as well as part of a larger diverse group of team members. Strong work ethic with a willingness to support team members in the completion of assigned project tasks. Strong client focused orientation and commitment to providing responsive, quality services.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prosci Change Management Certificate considered an asset. Experience working on a large multi-phase project with changing schedules, priorities and resourcing requirements would be considered an asset.
