A degree/certification in HR Practices or a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience in client relationships with Senior Levels (Executive Directors, COO’s) is necessary. Prosci certification or willingness to enroll in Prosci certification is required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
This position requires a minimum 7 years of experience in relationship management/leadership. A minimum of three years of managing staff within a Shared Services environment is required. Knowledge of HR service delivery within AHS considered an asset. Superior communication skills and knowledge of adult education practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Peoplesoft is preferred. Healthcare experience is an asset.
