Undergraduate degree in a healthcare profession, healthcare management or business administration. 5-10 years pediatric healthcare experience with 2-5 years in a formal or informal leadership role. Experience within a tertiary (academic) pediatric acute care environment.
Additional Required Qualifications:As required.
Preferred Qualifications:5–10 years’ healthcare experience in large, complex organizations. Strong knowledge of Stollery services, healthcare operations, and strategy. Proven project management, communication, and analytical skills, including presenting data to donors. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict management. Demonstrates sound judgment, problem solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities and sensitive issues; foundation experience preferred.
