Required Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in a health related field. 5 years’ experience in a leadership position. Current registration with professional association (if applicable). Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered. Able to work well on a team. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Effective leadership abilities combined with a strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals. Ability to plan, organize and manage short and long term plans and projects, and deliver customer-focused results. Ability to foster a climate of cooperation amongst, and build solid relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influential skills, client-focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Nursing or related health care discipline.
