Baccalaureate degree in a health care profession, business, or related field required. Graduate degree in business administration, adult education, health care profession, or related field preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive and related experience (a combination of relevant education and experience will also be considered). Knowledge and demonstrated competence in systems thinking, change management, and leadership strategies. Extensive knowledge and experience in healthcare Team leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort in decision making, collaboration, relationship building,, coaching, mentoring and teaching, and the ability to inspire, motivate and foster high performing teams.
