Bachelor’s degree in a health related discipline–Master’s level preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. A minimum 5 years of progressive leadership/management experience in a health related field. Three years’ experience in a community service delivery organization. Experience working with multiple organizations. Registration or certification with a professional body. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal, and teaching skills are required. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the areas of: strategic planning, project management, utilization management, quality improvement, data analysis, information management, program evaluation, systems perspective and change management.
