Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Education, Physiotherapy, or Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of Masters in Nursing, Psychology, SW or OT. Minimum of 5 years' experience within the past 7 years in a multi-disciplinary Mental Health setting, including experience with clients with addiction and mental illnesses. Experience in conducting psychiatric and psychosocial assessment, treatment planning and crisis intervention. Experience in working in partnership with community agencies, including the Calgary Police Service. Experience in quality improvement initiatives and change management. Recent experience in program development and evaluations. Experience establishing and maintaining Data Collection procedures. Experience training Clinical Staff in Data Collection procedures and data rationale. Knowledge of Addiction and Mental Health resources within AHS and local communities. Working knowledge of Incident Command Systems and Experience working in Emergency Disaster setting is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of professional stakeholders. Experience with Psychological First Aid (PFA), skills for Psychological Recover (SPR), Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), HeartMath, Incident Command System.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience facilitating and developing group programs. Experience with computer-based information systems an asset. PFA trainer is an asset. Proficiency with MS Office, Excel Spreadsheets, Adobe, CC and statistical analysis software. Ability to work confidently, independently and collaboratively with in partnerships. Demonstrated conflict resolution and change management skills.
