Completion of master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Education, Physiotherapy, or Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable college.
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of course work related to project management, change management, project leadership, quality improvement methods, health services planning, system design, team building, communication and/or leadership. Experience leading program development, education and evaluation. Proven ability to motivate, mentor and lead team successful improvement projects members and stakeholders. Experience working with and/or leading successful improvement projects of significant size and spanning diverse stakeholders including internal and external consultants and care professionals, operational leaders, practice leaders, and support staff. Knowledge of clinical process and pathway development, and experience in different elements of the continuum of care.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a pediatric tertiary setting. Related clinical experience in pediatric eating, feeding & swallowing care provision.
