Completion of master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Education, Physiotherapy, or Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable college.
Additional Required Qualifications:3-5 years progressive experience in health care and/or project management, administrative, and/or clinical role, preferably within a health field. Successful leadership experience in project planning, execution and reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Demonstrated knowledge of the Addiction and Mental Health system, understanding of issues relevant to patient and family centered care. Demonstrated experience engaging patients and families in stakeholder and collaborative conversations. Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:Use of quantitative and qualitative social science research skills. Brain Story Certification Preferred.
