- A bachelors in Informatics and Project Management. - 15+ years of progressive responsibility in leading large integrated IT programs of significant size, complexity and diversity. - Possesses a demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. - Project Management Professional designation is an asset.
Additional Qualifications:- A proven planner/scheduler who has developed and maintained a (program) schedule spanning multiple projects. - Result driven individual. - Strong understanding of various project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life-cycle. - Experience with Information Technology projects software, hardware, or infrastructure. - Problem solving and root cause identification skills related to scheduling issues. - Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. - Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal and provide only as much detail as required. - Must be a team player and able to work with collaboratively others. - Strong analytic and decision making abilities. - Proficient in MS Project and Project Server scheduling software. - Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel.
