15 plus years of progressive responsibility in leading Organization Change Management for programs of significant size, complexity and diversity. A University degree in business, Graduate of a health related discipline or related field. Must have an extensive clinical background and healthcare experience. Knowledge of change tools and methodologies, project and program governance concepts and structures. Management and leadership experience in the healthcare industry, PROSCI and ADKAR. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, problem solver. Ability to influence. Experience in project office processes and governance process. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Must be flexible and adaptable to change. Have an understanding of AHS’s systems and processes.
