Post-Secondary Education is required (e.g. degree in Adult Education, Health Administration & Management, or Coordination); Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination health care field.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Has superior critical thinking, problem solving, coordination and decision-making skills. Excellent written/verbal communication skills, negotiating and interpersonal conflict resolution skills also required. Must be flexible in order to accommodate competing demands and changing workload demands; ability to deal with multiple tasks and interruptions; must demonstrate consistent and sound decision-making abilities; must demonstrate superior time management and organizational skills; must be fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Recent Oncology (cancer) work experience, recent experience in a fast paced, high stress work environment. Experience in using, interpreting and complying with union agreements as required. Research coordination experience is an asset. Experience with programs like Oracle, iexpense, Markview, e-people, Connect Care and Adobe.
