Completion of post-secondary degree in Business or Supply Management.
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficiency in competitive bidding processes, RFx’s, including development, management, and evaluation. Demonstrated experience in contract development and management, and quantitative / qualitative analysis. Strong negotiation, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills with sound business judgment. Proven ability to manage detailed information, prioritize competing tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, program teams, clinical staff, vendors, and external partners. Solid project management capabilities, including schedule management, progress tracking, and outcome reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with public procurement and IT Sourcing.
